Do I need to organize my files before sending them?

No. You do not need to organize, sort, or rename your files before sending them to OrderlyDesk. Simply provide the files you would like help with, and we’ll organize them according to the services and project scope outlined in your Project Quote.

How much will my project cost?

OrderlyDesk offers starting prices to provide a general idea of cost. Final pricing depends on the size, complexity, and specific needs of your project. You will receive a Project Quote outlining the cost and agreed services before any work begins.

How do I send my files to OrderlyDesk?

Once your project is approved and ready to begin, OrderlyDesk will provide instructions for securely submitting your project files. Depending on your project, you may receive a secure upload form or another approved file-transfer method. You do not need to organize or rename your files before sending them.

How is my information protected?

OrderlyDesk takes the privacy and confidentiality of client information seriously. Client files and information are handled according to established security, confidentiality, and document-handling procedures, and access is limited to what is necessary to complete the agreed services.

How long does OrderlyDesk keep my project files?

OrderlyDesk does not keep client project files longer than necessary. Project files are generally deleted within 30 calendar days after project completion, unless they must be retained longer for a legitimate legal, contractual, or business reason. Certain administrative records related to the project may be retained separately for business recordkeeping purposes.

What if I need help with something that isn't listed on your website?

Every project is a little different. If you have a digital organization need that isn't specifically listed, you can describe what you need on the Customer Intake Form. OrderlyDesk will review your request and let you know whether it falls within our services. If it does, we'll provide a Project Quote based on the scope of the project.

Yes. OrderlyDesk provides digital organization services for both individuals and small businesses. Services can be tailored to personal digital files or business organization needs based on the scope of the project.
